Cocoonr offers this charming 90 m² stone village house for rent in Saint-Briac-sur-Mer (also known as "the jewel of the Emerald Coast"), which can accommodate up to 6 travellers.
The accommodation is made up as follows
Ground floor:
A bright 30 m² living room with exposed stonework and tasteful decor, comprising a lounge/living room with an open-plan kitchen.
A cosy sitting area with a comfortable sofa, armchair and footstool.
A dining table seating 6. Storage cupboards. -A fully-equipped kitchen, including a Nespresso pod coffee maker, electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, 4-burner induction hob and washing machine. First floor: -Bedroom 1: double bed (140x190), wardrobe, blackout curtains. -Bedroom 2: queen-size double bed (160x190), wardrobe, blackout curtains. -Bathroom with bath and heated towel rail. -Separate WC. Second floor: -Bedroom no. 3: with queen-size double bed (160x190), wardrobe, Velux window with blackout blind.
En-suite bathroom with bath, heated towel rail and WC. As the bath is on a slope, it is not suitable for standing. -Bedroom 4: a room specially designed for babies.
It comprises a cot with mattress, a changing table and a chest of drawers. Outside : -You will enjoy a 140 m² garden facing south-west, fully enclosed and secure (gate at the bottom of the garden that closes with two latches). -The stone terrace features a wooden outdoor table and chairs, as well as two garden chairs and a garden furniture table.
To make the most of the long summer evenings, there are two outdoor lights.
There is also a charcoal barbecue. Neighbourhood : You'll experience village life to the full.
The heart of Saint-Briac is just 100 metres from the house.
The market takes place every Friday throughout the year and you'll find all the shops you need (fishmonger, café, grocery, bakery, press, restaurant "Chez Gastille"...). The nearest beaches are Le Béchet and La Petite Salinette, both 1km away, and for children there's the Club des Goélands on La Salinette beach (booking required and open only in summer). Between these two beaches, you can also enjoy the Château du Nessay (restaurant, bar and spa). Just 800 metres away is the 'La Houle' district, home to a number of restaurants and bars. You can do everything on foot if you wish. In conclusion, Saint-Briac-sur-Mer is a dynamic village where life is good all year round.
Although the house is located in the heart of the village, you'll enjoy the peace and quiet of La Petite Villonière, which is tucked away at the end of an alleyway. Transport : If you choose to come by car, the house does not have private parking.
However, some parking spaces are available in the street.
You will also find all the information you need about parking facilities during your stay in your traveller's area. As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful: - Nearest train station: Saint-Malo station (16 km) - Nearest airport: Rennes airport (83 km). You can arrive on your own (key box on site). If you choose to arrive in person, you will be given a personal welcome by a service provider selected by the Cocoonr agency in Dinard.
He or she will introduce you to the accommodation, answer your questions and hand over the keys. The local agency will be on hand throughout your stay to help you make the most of it. Other comments: -Autonomous arrival possible at the traveller's choice - Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4* hotel quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels).
