You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market: - bakery, tobacconist, chemist and mini-market for everyday shopping - bars and restaurants along rue de la Caponnière - rue Guillaume le Conquérant with grocery shops, fishmongers, etc. - the Place Saint-Sauveur market on Friday mornings For art and culture lovers, there are : - 5 minutes' walk away: the Normandy Regional Department of Cultural Affairs, with its regular exhibitions - 12 minutes' walk away: the Artothèque with its exhibitions - 13 minutes' walk: Caen Town Hall and the Abbaye aux Hommes with regular exhibitions - less than 10 minutes away: the Parc des Expositions, the Zénith and the Palais des Sports Transportation : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's private parking space (1 vehicle).
