Free Wi-Fi and private parking so in Cambridge where parking is often difficult or expensive you can easily leave your car, jump on the bus for a short 10 minute ride into town centre or grab an Uber.
Perfect for those football fans as just a short 3 minute walk is Cambridge football ground.
Fancy a curry then pop down to the award winning Pipasha restaurant just a 2 minute walk out of the quiet residential area 15 minute stroll to the river Cam, where you can walk along with either your fury friends or just to get those steps in. stroll leisurely all the way into the town centre alongside the river or stop at the restaurant for a bite to eat whilst watching the boats sailing by.
If you fancy a quicker journey then just walk all the way down Newmarket road or jump on one of numerous bus's traveling to town every 15 minutes from the bus stop located just 3 minutes from the house.

There are multi-storey car parks and smaller pay-and-display car parks within walking distance of the city centre.
