Ensuite bedroom: King bed, walk-in closet, private ensuite bathroom, sofa, Smart TV.
Loft bedroom: Double bed plus a pull-out single bed – perfect for families or groups.
Single bedroom: Single bed, sofa, and built-in wardrobe.
Bathrooms:
Luxurious main bathroom with a freestanding tub, double sinks, and an electric shower.
Additional ground floor bathroom with shower and vanity.
Private ensuite bathroom.
Kitchen & Living:
Fully-equipped, modern kitchen with high-end appliances: American-style fridge freezer with filtered water and ice, double ovens, induction hob, microwave, quiet dishwasher, and wine cooler.
Recently renovated utility room with washer/dryer.
Comfortable lounge with a Smart TV (Netflix, Prime, Apple TV, Disney+, BBC iPlayer).
Outside Space:
Beautiful back garden with a patio – perfect for relaxing or enjoying a meal outdoors.

- This property is not suitable for parties!
- This is a breach of house rules & will result in immediate removal from the property via security and no refund, your deposit supplied through Airbnb may be used towards extra costs in removing you. This house is in a quiet area, so after 10 p.m., the quiet times are to be respected.
- We have a strict NO-SMOKING indoors policy at our properties.
A standard charge of £1000 will be charged through Airbnb when we find evidence of smoking within the accommodation to cover cleaning costs and long-lasting damage on the property. - Smoking in the garden is not allowed either, so please go off property if doing so. - Any loud music, parties, and smoking indoors will also result in immediate removal from the accommodation as we will be highlighted via our noise and air monitoring systems located in the property. - For stays longer than a week, additional housekeeping can be arranged for a further fee. - No pets allowed. To book with us, we require all guests to sign a rental agreement and pay a £350 fully refundable deposit.
