Whether you're visiting for a family gathering, a business trip, or a luxury getaway, this elegant home offers the perfect base – with Solihull’s boutiques, parks, and attractions just moments away. Prime Location Windsor Manor is perfectly situated for both leisure and business travelers: Birmingham Airport 12 minute drive Solihull Town Centre 7 minute drive NEC 8.9 miles Birmingham City Centre 8.7 miles Please note that using the sofa bed will need to be booked in advance and a £10 fee will need to be paid for additional bedding. To ensure a smooth and secure stay, guests will be required to complete a short rental agreement prior to arrival.
This form will be sent to you electronically and must be signed by the lead guest. A refundable security deposit of £500 is also required before check-in. This deposit helps us maintain the high standards of the property and will be returned within 48 hours of checkout, provided no damage is reported. Please note, there is also an additional £100 pet fee for guests bringing pets. These steps are in place to protect both guests and the property, ensuring a worry-free and enjoyable stay.
