The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials needed to cook an array of meals whilst away in Manchester.
There is an electric hob, oven, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine w/o dryer. BATHROOMS/TOILETS: There is one bathroom on the property which is equipped with a toilet, sink and walk-in shower.
There is also a WC located downstairs. PARKING: The property has FREE on-street parking. All 53 Degrees Property Short lets benefit from enhanced cleaning with spacious living areas and fully equipped kitchens.

CLEANING: Your comfort and hygiene is our priority. Our home is professionally cleaned between guests with fresh hotel linen and towels provided. Mid-stay cleaning, including change of linen and towels, is available for an additional charge upon request. Any questions or queries, the 53 Degrees Property team are always happy to help. Any breach will result in immediate removal by security with no refund.
Your Airbnb deposit may be used to cover associated removal and damages. *Quiet Hours After 10PM This is a peaceful residential area.
Please respect quiet hours from 10PM onwards. *No Smoking Indoors: £1000 Fine Strict no-smoking policy inside the property.
If smoking is detected, a £1000 charge will be applied via Airbnb to cover deep cleaning and damage. *Noise & Air Monitoring in Place Loud music, smoking indoors, or any sign of parties will trigger our monitoring systems and lead to instant removal without refund. *Travel Cots & High Chairs Travel cots and high chairs are available subject to availability and are charged at £10 per item per stay.
Please request these in advance of your arrival. *Stays Over 10 Nights Stays over 10 nights require additional housekeeping for an £125 extra fee per week.
