Cocoonr offers this charming 75 m² air-conditioned flat in Boulogne-Billancourt with a view of the Eiffel Tower, which can accommodate up to 2 people.
Located on the 11th floor (with lift), it comprises an attractive 39 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a beautiful bedroom with a view of the Eiffel Tower and a bathroom (with shower). Wifi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- A 39 m² living room with a large corner sofa, a dining area and a piano.
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- One bedroom suite with king-size bed (180×200) and bathroom with bathtub
- A separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A 17m² west-facing terrace planted with trees, with furniture to make the most of the fine weather.
The flat is ideally located in Boulogne-Billancourt, in a very pleasant and peaceful environment.
