Enjoy this functional 33-square-meter apartment, located on the third floor, which can accommodate up to 4 people.
This accommodation offers a well-designed and pleasant living space right in the city center. The apartment features: - a cozy living room, - two double bedrooms, - a fully equipped kitchen (coffee maker, toaster, kettle, microwave, stovetop, refrigerator), - vacuum cleaner, iron, - a bathroom with shower and toilet, - a work desk, - TV. The apartment offers views of the street and the inner courtyard. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor without an elevator and does not have private parking. Noise disturbances are not permitted after 10 PM. ##Notes Please note the following additional fees: - Check-in between 9 PM and midnight: 25e - Check-in between midnight and 6 AM: 44e → A security deposit will be required before check-in. This deposit is secured and managed via Swikly.

Cependant, la propreté du logement n'était pas au rendez-vous : moutons de poussière et cheveux par terre, serviettes de bain sales et propreté des draps douteuse. Au niveau de l'équipement de l'appartement : pas d'éponge pour la vaisselle ni de couteaux.

Negative:
Beaucoup de choses. Le WC fuit et inonde le sol de la salle de bain. Odeur d'humidité dans l'appartement. Des couverts manquants, exemple une seule petite cuillère et en plus sale !!! Pas de cafetière, pas de liquide vaisselle, propreté très moyenne....
