The accommodation comprises - A 20 m² living room with TV, sofa and dining area - A fully-equipped kitchen, including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, dishwasher and washing machine - A 10m² bedroom with a double bed (140×190) - A wooden cot is available - A bathroom with shower - Separate WC The flat is ideally located in Saint-Nic, in a very pleasant environment.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. Activities : - The Pentrez beach, around 3 km long, is less crowded than those of the larger seaside resorts, offering an ideal setting for relaxing. - Windsurfing, kitesurfing, dip-net fishing - Hiking: the GR34 runs along the coast to superb coves such as Cameros, passing by spots with breathtaking sunsets. - Summer market on Monday mornings by the sea (April to September), with local produce, fruit, vegetables, fish and crafts. - Free Breton concerts and dances on Thursday evenings on the Pentrez promenade Public transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the residence's own private car park, which is located close to the flat. As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful: - Quimper-Brest expressway (RN165) - 18 km from Crozon - 30 km from Quimper - 50 km from Brest - The nearest airport is Guipavas near Brest. To ensure that your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership by the Cocoonr teams (ad management and reservations service) and a local concierge.
