10 Church Walks offers a kitchen with gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, kettle, and toaster, alongside a living/dining room with TV and WiFi. The bedrooms comprise two doubles, one with an en‑suite walk‑in shower, basin, and WC, plus a bathroom with bath, basin, and WC. Outside, the enclosed rear garden includes a lawn, patio, and furniture. Off‑road parking is available for two cars (one directly in front of the property and one additional bay at the entrance to the cul‑de‑sac). Fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included.
