Renovated in 2024, this charming little house has everything you need for a simple and enjoyable stay: the town centre is just a one-minute walk away, the train station is five minutes away, and restaurants, cafés and shops are all around you. Leave the car behind and enjoy everything on foot.
On the ground floor, there is a living area with a well-equipped kitchen (oven, stovetop, microwave, crockery), a dining area and a sofa bed. This is a proper mattress, not just a makeshift sleeping arrangement: two people can sleep on it just as comfortably as in a regular bed.
Upstairs, there is a bedroom with a 160 cm double bed, a wardrobe, a shower room and a separate toilet.
In front of the house, a small outdoor area with a table and chairs is perfect for enjoying your morning coffee in the sunshine.
For your comfort: air conditioning on both floors, Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV and a washing machine, which is especially convenient for stays of more than a few days.
Parking: there is no private parking, but it is easy to find free street parking in the surrounding area.
Sleeps up to 4 guests: ideal for a couple, a small family or two couples of friends
