It comprises a 20 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchenette, two bedrooms and a shower room.

The accommodation comprises - A 20 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed (140x190) and dining area. - Kitchenette with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, etc. - Bedroom 1: with a double bed (140x200). - Bedroom 2: with a pull-out bed and two single beds. - Bathroom with shower and WC. For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following facilities: washing machine, fan, ironing board and iron. Outside: - A private 16 m² south-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather. The maisonette is ideally located in Port-des-Barques, in a peaceful setting.
All the essential shops and the beach are close by. Ile Madame is within walking distance of the accommodation.
Depending on the season, water sports activities are available, so don't hesitate to check out the tourist office website. Public transport: If you choose to come by car, there is free parking close to the accommodation. As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful: - Rochefort train station: 20 minutes away by car. - Bus service from Rochefort. To ensure your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership by the Cocoonr teams (ad management and reservations service) and a local concierge. Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels included. - Free WiFi available (fibre optic). - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.
