From the hill of Parzanica, Lake Iseo appears in all its splendor.
Against a backdrop dominated by the mountains on the Brescia side of the lake, Montisola rises in the center of the vast expanse of water; this island is one of the lake’s major scenic attractions.
From here, on the clearest days, the view is breathtaking.
This is exactly the view you can enjoy from the large windows and terrace of the Vittoria vacation home, a cozy three-room apartment spread over two floors, equipped with every comfort and ideal for families of up to five people.
THE SPACES The Vittoria three-room apartment is located within a residential condominium consisting of a series of buildings nestled on the slope overlooking the lake, featuring a shared swimming pool available during the summer months.
It spans 70 square meters and is divided into two levels, connected by an internal staircase.
The entrance leads into the living area, flooded with light from the large French windows that open onto the private terrace.
This light is warmed by the warm hues of the wood-beamed ceiling and the staircase, lending the entire space a warm, golden natural light, amplified by the elegant cream and sage wall colors.
This is where daytime life is concentrated: the practical open-plan kitchen is located in the area facing the window, while the glass and metal dining table, modern like the rest of the home's furnishings, sits in the center.
On the right wall is the sofa, which can be converted into a double bed to accommodate two additional guests.
On the other side is a comfortable wooden staircase with a handrail that leads to the sleeping area.
Also on this level is one of the apartment's two bathrooms, the larger one, complete with a sink with mirror, shower, toilet, and bidet, and also housing the washing machine.
The home's appliances are also excellent.
The kitchen features a refrigerator and freezer, an electric oven, an induction hob, and a dishwasher, and is complemented by a range of small appliances that complete the kitchen: from a microwave and toaster to a kettle and an espresso pod machine.
A smart TV on a low console completes the living area.
The tour of this floor concludes with the terrace.
A generously sized terrace is fully equipped with outdoor furniture, including a second dining table and chairs, as well as armchairs and a coffee table.
