The accommodation comprises - A 20 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed and dining area - Open-plan kitchen with appliances including electric kettle, microwave, toaster, hob, etc. - One bedroom with double bed (140×190) - Shower room with walk-in shower - Separate WC Outside: - A 5 m² balcony, south-east facing, with table and chairs to enjoy the sunny days. The flat is ideally located in Courseulles-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant environment.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. Activities : - Juno Beach landing museum and old Courseulles museum to visit - Nautical centre - Courseulles sur Mer beach, around 50 m away - Walks and hikes - Mini golf, cinema, municipal swimming pool and bowling alley - Tasting of local produce Public transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park free of charge in the car park near the flat. As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful: - Nearest train station: Caen, 25 km away - Nearest airport: Caen-Carpiquet, about 20 km away - Bus stop at the foot of the residence.

To ensure your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this property is managed in partnership by the teams at Cocoonr (listing and booking management) and Philchrys'ervices (concierge and housekeeping services).
