Cocoonr offers this 120 m² house with a swimming pool, which sleeps up to 8 people, to rent in Le Puy-Sainte-Réparade.
It comprises a 28 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, four bedrooms, two shower rooms and a 750 m² garden.
Wifi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you! The accommodation comprises Ground floor: - 28 m² living room with TV, sofas and dining area - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - Bathroom with shower and WC First floor: - Bedroom 1: with a double bed (140x190) - Bedroom 2: with king-size bed (180x200) - Bedroom 3: with queen-size bed (160x200) - Bedroom 4: with two single beds - Bathroom with shower - Separate WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, fan, ironing board and iron. Outside: - A 10x5m swimming pool (private and unheated), equipped with roller shutter and gate.
Open from April to early October. - A beautiful, private, enclosed garden of 750 m², facing north, east, south and west, with furniture to enjoy the fine weather. The house is ideally located in Le Puy-Sainte-Réparade, in very pleasant surroundings.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. Activities : - Visits to several nearby sites - Discovering Aix-en-Provence and the Luberon region - Visit Silvacane Abbey and take part in its international piano festival in August - Visits and tastings at wine estates and châteaux: Château La Coste, Château d'Arnajon, Château Paradis, Château de Fonscolombe, Château de Vauclaire - Leisure activities: Aquapark at Lac de Peyrolles and visit to La Barben Zoo Transportation : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park (two vehicles). As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you: - Nearest train station: Aix-en-Provence, 20 km away - Nearest airport: Marseille Provence, 46 km away To ensure your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership by the Cocoonr teams (ad management and reservations service) and a local concierge. Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels included - Free Wifi available - Pets accepted free of charge.
Only one small animal (cat or dog). Please specify when booking - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.
Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use. - A parent is responsible for all children swimming.
Opening dates are non-binding and subject to favourable weather conditions. - All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to availability of the person in charge of reception.
