Cocoonr offers you this fully renovated fisherman's cottage to rent in Berck, 500 m from the beach.
It has a surface area of 72 m² and can accommodate up to 6 people. It comprises a lovely 15 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a landing leading to two bedrooms and a shower room.
Wifi (fibre optics), sheets and towels included, we're waiting for you in this papaya hut! The accommodation is as follows: Ground floor: - A 15 m² living room with a double sofa bed, TV and desk area - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, highchair and dining area - Shower room with walk-in shower - Separate WC First floor: - Bedroom 1: double bed (140 x 190) - Bedroom 2: double bed (140 x 190) and cot For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following facilities: washing machine, fan, iron and ironing board. Outside: - A north-east-facing terrace of around 20 m² with garden table and chairs to enjoy the fine weather. This former Berck house is ideally located in Berck, in a small, quiet cul-de-sac with no through traffic.
All the essential shops (fishmonger's, greengrocer's, baker's, etc.) are close by. What to do : - Berck beach 500 m away - The Bay of Auty - The Musée de la Mer - Nautical activities Events : - Enduropale du Touquet - The Berck kites Public transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park in the pay parking spaces close to the accommodation. As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful: - Étaples - Le Touquet train station: approximately 17 km away - Lille - Lesquin airport: approx. 140 km away Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels included - Free Wifi available (fibre optic) - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.
