With approximately 300 m² of space, the villa offers bright interiors, spacious areas and open views of the private garden and pool, creating the perfect atmosphere to relax and unwind during your vacation. Situated in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood in Llinars del Vallès, it offers the perfect balance between tranquility and easy access to everything you may need during your stay. Within a short distance you will find shops, restaurants, and the train station, making it easy to get around the area and visit the center of Barcelona without needing to drive. Nearby you will also find La Roca Village, one of the most well-known luxury outlet shopping destinations in the region, perfect for enjoying a day of shopping, as well as the Circuit de Catalunya, famous for its motorsport and motorcycle events. Thanks to its strategic location, you can easily combine relaxing days in a peaceful setting with exciting trips to Barcelona and other nearby attractions in the region. Disinfectants are left for at least 10 minutes to ensure full sanitizing effectiveness. 2. Cleaning timeframes have been extended to accommodate these procedures. 3. Our properties are accessed via a key lockbox, meaning there is no face-to-face contact during check-in. Keys are disinfected after each stay. 4. All towels and bed linens are supplied by professionals and cleaned by Elis, an international textile, hygiene and facility services provider operating in 28 countries across Europe and Latin America. 5. All beds and pillows are equipped with protective covers.
