Cocoonr agency offers this 90 m² house for rent in Treffiagat, less than a kilometre from the beach, which can accommodate up to 4 people.
It comprises a pretty 40 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, a shower room (with Italian shower) and a garden of around 500 m². Wifi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
Ground floor:
- A 40 m² living room with TV, a large corner sofa and a dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- A utility room at the back of the kitchen with washing machine and tumble dryer
- Separate WC with washbasin
First floor:
- Bedroom 1: with a double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160×200)
- Shower room with Italian shower and WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.
Outside:
- A 50 m² south-facing terrace with furniture and 2 sunbathing areas for maximum sunshine.
- A lovely 500 m² enclosed garden to the rear of the house.
- Three private, enclosed parking spaces.
The house is ideally located in Treffiagat, in a very pleasant environment with little car traffic.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. Activities : Beaches : - Beach of Léhan - La Grève Blanche beach - Squividan Beach Sightseeing : - The Guilvinec fish auction with its inshore sale from 16:30-17:00 and enjoy the spectacle of the inshore vessels returning from fishing.
Deep-sea trawlers often arrive after several days at sea. - Sea outings - Surf and paddle lessons available nearby - Visit a number of listed monuments and sites... You can go for walks along the small rural footpaths all around the property. Transportation : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park (3 vehicles). As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you: - Nearest train station: Quimper, about 30 minutes by car - Nearest airport: Brest, about 1h15 by car There is a bus station in Le Guilvinec, less than 5 minutes' drive from the accommodation. Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels included - Free Wifi available - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.
