Cocoonr offers you this charming 30 m² flat for two people in a pedestrianised area in Port Leucate, 15 minutes' walk from the beach, with a view of the port and parking.
Located on the 1ᵉʳ floor (no lift), it comprises a 20 m² living room, a fitted kitchenette, a bedroom, a shower room (with shower). Sheets and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- A 20 m² living room with TV, sofa and dining area overlooking the harbour
- A fully-equipped kitchenette with electric kettle, microwave oven, hob, etc.
- One bedroom with queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bathroom with shower and WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, fans, ironing board and iron.
The flat is ideally located in Port Leucate, in a very pleasant environment.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. Activities : - Enjoy a large sandy beach - Water sports: paddle, kayak, sailing, windsurfing - Aqualand Port Leucate: water park - L'île aux oiseaux: paddle, canoe, pond activities, children's games and sports activities Transportation: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's private car park (one vehicle). As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you: - Nearest train station: Leucate-Lafranqui 15km away - Nearest airport: Perpignan, 30km away Other remarks: - All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception.
