Cocoonr offers you this charming 82 m² flat to rent in Théoule-sur-Mer. It's located in a peaceful setting with sea views and a glimpse of the port, 3 minutes' drive from Aiguille beach, and has a swimming pool.
To access the flat, you need to go down a few steps.
You will have neighbours below, but not above, as there is no upper floor.
It comprises a pretty living room, a fitted kitchen, two air-conditioned bedrooms and a bathroom (with bath). Wifi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you! The accommodation comprises - A living room with TV, sofa, dining area and a 9 m² balcony facing east-south - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - A study facing the sea. - One bedroom with a double bed (140×190), access to a 9 m² balcony facing east-south - One bedroom with two single beds and a sea view - A bathroom with bath and WC - A separate WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, fan, ironing board and iron. Outside : - Swimming pool shared with the residence, open all year round, secured by a code, offering a sea view (unheated). Size approx. 16 m by 6 m. The flat is ideally located in Théoule-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant environment.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. Activities : - Pointe de l'Aiguille Beach: A beautiful beach in a natural cove - Pointe de l'Aiguille : A spectacular natural park - Col de Théoule - Domaine de L'Esterel: Starting point for hikes in the Estérel massif - Château de la Napoule: Restored medieval castle - Notre Dame d'Afrique: Small chapel perched on a hill - Corniche d'Or: One of the most beautiful coastal roads in France Transportation: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's private car park (two vehicles). As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you: - Nearest train station: Théoule-sur-Mer, 3 km away - Cannes SNCF train station, about 20 minutes away - Nearest airport: Nice, 30 minutes away by car - The nearest bus station is Sainte Camille, at the entrance to the residence. To ensure your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership by the Cocoonr teams (ad management and reservations service) and a local concierge. Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels included - Free Wifi available (fibre optic) - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation - All children swimming in the pool are the responsibility of a parent. - Use of the swimming pool is subject to the rules of the co-ownership and to favourable weather conditions. - Cleaning at the end of your stay includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.
