Cocoonr agency offers this charming 130 m² thatched cottage with wifi for rent in Plouharnel.
It sleeps up to 6 people. It has a lovely living room, fitted kitchen, four bedrooms, three shower rooms and a lovely garden.
Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival. The accommodation is as follows: Ground floor: - A living room - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - A master suite with a double bed (140×190) and en-suite shower room. - A separate WC First floor: - A master suite with a queen-size bed (160x200) and a shower room. - Two bedrooms with two single beds. - A shower room with WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, cot, ironing board and iron. Outside: - A beautiful unfenced garden with terrace and furniture to enjoy the fine weather. The house is ideally situated in Plouharnel, in a very pleasant setting.
You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market... Transportation : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's garage and private car park. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you: - Nearest train station: Auray - Nearest airport: Nantes Autonomous arrival required: Access to the accommodation is from 5pm. Keys can be collected from a key box on site. On site, you will be welcomed by the Cocoonr team, the agency specialising in "ready-to-live-in" rentals, who will be on hand throughout your stay to help you make the most of it. Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels included - Free Wifi available - Pets are allowed in the accommodation. - The rooms do not have shutters, but curtains.
