Located on the fourth floor of a traditional building without an elevator, this well-designed space can accommodate up to two guests in a pleasant and modern setting. A building is currently under construction opposite the accommodation; it is possible that there may be some disturbances during the day. The main living area includes a fully equipped kitchen for your meals and a separate shower room with a macerator toilet. You will have a 140x200cm sofa bed providing comfortable sleeping space. Positive: Great stay in a clean and well-equiped apartment near commodities and subway. Host is helpful and reactive. Negative: An in progress construction site nearby makes noise during morning/day, hopefully it will be over later. That's also the appeal of Paris!
