It is composed as follows: First house with Wifi (fibre optic) : Ground floor: - A 68 m² south-facing living room with sofa, seating, JBL Bluetooth speaker and dining area - Kitchen with central island, equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, double-door fridge, osmosis machine, etc. - Bathroom with bath - Separate WC On the first floor: Bedroom 1: with 1 queen-size bed (160×200) Bedroom 2: with 3 single beds Second house (ground floor) : - A 32 m² living room with a kitchenette (oven, hob, coffee maker...), a lounge (sofa, TV) and a dining area - Bedrooms 3 and 4: each with 1 queen-size bed (160×200) - Bedroom 5: with 2 single beds - Bedroom 6: with 1 single bed and 1 bunk bed (sleeps 2) - Two bathrooms with shower and WC - A separate laundry room For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: barbecue, washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board, books and board games. Baby equipment available: 2 high chairs, 2 cots, 4 booster seats, 2 potties, a nursing cushion, 2 baby monitors, a baby bath and a pushchair. Transportation : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the property's private car park. (4 to 5 cars can be parked there). As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you: - Saint-Brieuc train station is 14 km away - Saint-Brieuc Armor airport is 9 km away - A bus service runs between Saint-Brieuc and Binic To ensure your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership by the Cocoonr teams (ad management and reservations service) and a local concierge.
