Cozy 70 sqm apartment, accommodating up to 4 people, located on the first floor of a building without an elevator.
The property is strategically located in Giardini Naxos, just steps from the main beach and close to the "Giardini Naxos Dalmazia" bus stop, convenient for reaching the beautiful town of Taormina in just a few minutes.
The accommodation comprises a living room with kitchenette, two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a large terrace.
The apartment is organized as follows:
- LIVING ROOM with dining table, sofa, and TV;
- KITCHENETTE with induction hob, refrigerator with freezer, oven, dishwasher, moka pot, kettle, wine glasses, and various kitchen utensils;
- BEDROOM 1 with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, and TV;
- BEDROOM 2 with two single beds and wardrobe;
- BATHROOM with shower, sink, toilet, and bidet;
- TERRACE (accessible from the living room) with dining table, chairs, and outdoor armchairs.
FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: Unlimited Wi-Fi, hot/cold air conditioning (split in the living room and bedrooms), washing machine (in the kitchen), iron and ironing board, clothesline, and hairdryer.

Rent och frächt boende. Lägenheten upplevdes som modern och nyrenoverad. Tyst och lugn omgivning men bara ett stenkast från många restauranger och bad vid havet. Stor rymlig balkong. Bra att det fanns torkställning. Värden var mycket tillmötesgående!

Angenehme Wohnung mit großem Balkon in zentraler Lage. Das Bad ist etwas klein aber für uns zu zweit war es kein Problem. Maria war sehr zuvorkommend und flexibel. Wir durften am Abreisetag das Auto sogar noch länger auf dem Parkplatz stehen lassen. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt!

Greatly located airbnb - directly in Naxos while stil being quiet enough so you dont hear partys or else from the beach.
