Located on the 2nd floor (no lift), it comprises a 20 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom (with bath). Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

- A 20 m² living room with a sofa and dining table for 4 people
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: with queen-size bed (160x200)
- Bedroom 2: with double sofa bed and TV
- Bathroom with bath

Outside :
- A 2 m² balcony with no furniture
The flat is ideally located in Épinal, in a very pleasant environment.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market, etc. Activities : - Les Halles d'Épinal - Market - Museums - Épinal Planetarium Transport : If you choose to come by car, paid parking spaces are available at the foot of the building.
There are also free parking spaces around 300 m from the flat. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you: - Nearest train station: Épinal, about 10 minutes' walk away - Nearest airport: Épinal-Mirecourt, about 40 minutes by car.
