This superb 34 m² detached house in Palavas-les-Flots is the ideal place for a functional and relaxing stay.
From the moment you arrive, you'll be captivated by the exceptional natural light, the unobstructed view, and the private terrace, perfect for unwinding. The house features a modern, fully equipped kitchen with induction hobs, an oven, a microwave, and a dishwasher to make your daily life easier.
You'll also enjoy a comfortable living room to relax in after your day's excursions, as well as air conditioning for optimal comfort in every season. The accommodation is perfectly configured to sleep up to six people thanks to its three separate sleeping areas. The first bedroom has a double bed (140x190 cm). The second bedroom also has a double bed (140x190 cm). The third bedroom has a bunk bed with two single beds (80x190 cm), suitable for children. For your comfort, bed linens and towels are included in the cleaning fee. The accommodation has Wi-Fi access so you can stay connected during your vacation. For your convenience, you have access to private parking as well as ample public parking spaces right in front of the house within the residence. The location is a major advantage, as you'll be staying just 300 meters from the beach and a 5-minute walk from the town center, shops, bakery, and restaurants. From May to September, you'll have access to the residence's shared, unheated swimming pool to cool off in the southern sunshine.
There's no shortage of activities, with the port and ponds nearby, perfect for walks or bike rides along the canals. In summer, you can enjoy water sports and summer activities, while autumn and winter offer magnificent sunsets and a serene atmosphere ideal for coastal walks. The location is also a perfect starting point for exploring Montpellier and its cultural attractions while enjoying the tranquility of a pleasant residential neighborhood.
