Designed for practicality and comfort, the studio provides a simple and well-equipped space for your stay. • Open-plan studio layout within a modern development • Kitchenette equipped for preparing simple meals • Comfortable double bed with hotel-quality linen • Workspace with desk, ideal for work or streaming • High-speed Wi-Fi throughout • Contemporary bathroom with shower, toilet, and sink • Complimentary toiletries and soft towels provided • Access to communal gym within the building Please note: We manage multiple studios within this student accommodation building, so layouts and décor may vary slightly from the photos shown. Just bear in mind that it is kitted for 2 people. Please note you must confirm your check in time 24 hours in advance. If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable as a late check-in fee. Late check-in fees: · For check-ins between 22:00 to 00:00, there is a £50 fee. · For check-ins between 00:00 to 07:00, there is a £75 fee. For security reasons: · We may ask you to upload a photo of yourself on your profile if you do not have one. · No 3rd party bookings.
If you book and can’t be present for the check-in we will have to ask you for additional information. Guests have sole access to the studio for the duration of their stay, and can also make use of communal gym.
