Located in Saint-Pierre in the south of the intense island, Villa Rosaya is a charming rental that invites its travelers to escape for an exceptional stay.

With a capacity of 8 people, Villa Rosaya is the ideal place to relax and enjoy a vacation with family or friends.
Redesigned in 2021, this 200m² luxury villa consists of:

- 1 air-conditioned bedroom with double bed (140x190cm) and 1 baby bed (60x120cm)
- 1 air-conditioned bedroom with double bed (160x200cm)

- 1 bathroom
- 1 balcony with sea and pool view

- 1 swimming pool in natural stones with salt of 6.50m x 3m secured by alarm and heated of may at october

- 1 private parking lane (2 spaces) and secured by an electric gate
