Cocoonr offers this 44 m² maisonette with shared pool in Vallon-Pont-d'Arc to rent for up to 4 people.
It comprises a lovely 24 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom (with bath) and a 26 m² garden.
Wifi included, we're waiting for you! The accommodation is as follows: Ground floor - 24 m² living room with TV, sofa bed and dining area - An open-plan kitchen with appliances including: Tassimo pod coffee maker, electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - A separate WC First floor - Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190) - Bedroom 2: two single beds (90x190) - Bathroom with bath Outside - A 9 m² terrace and a 26 m² south-facing garden (not enclosed) with furniture to make the most of the fine weather. - A swimming pool shared with the residence (heated until June), open from April to September and secured by a fence and gate.
The maisonnette is ideally located in Vallon-Pont-d'Arc, in a very pleasant and peaceful setting.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Activities : - Swimming and walking at the Pont d'Arc, the region's iconic natural arch - Canoeing down the Ardèche Gorges - Visit the Grotte Chauvet 2 - Ardèche to discover prehistoric paintings - Hike the panoramic paths around Vallon-Pont-d'Arc (belvederes, viewpoints over the river) - Stroll through the medieval village of Balazuc, listed as one of the most beautiful villages in France - Explore the Aven d'Orgnac, a huge cave with underground chambers Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the maisonette's private car park.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you: - Nearest bus station: Vallon-Pont-d'Arc, about 700 m away - Nearest airport: Nîmes, about 92 km away Other remarks : - Free Wi-Fi available - Air conditioning in rooms - Pets allowed free of charge.
