This is a magnificent 3-bedroom cottage in Laroya.
It offers gorgeous views of the Sierra de los Filabres mountains.
It is ideal for a group of friends. The cottage is surrounded by fields with olive trees, wheat, almonds, maize and cattle farms.
The harbour town of Almeria is a picturesque 90-minute drive away.
The nature park Cabo de Gata is a special region east of Almeria.
Places like Níjar, Cabo de Gata and San José are absolutely worth a visit.
You could visit the old harbour town of Cartagena, the university town of Murcia, or even take a day trip to Granada with the fabulous Alhambra.
There's a restaurant 5 km away and a supermarket 12 km from here. The home has a communal swimming pool and a private terrace for you to admire the view or have a nice barbecue.
There's also a meeting room with a bar. The living room has a fireplace.

Fairer Preis angesichts der angebotenen Annehmlichkeiten, insbesondere mit dem Schwimmbad und der privaten Terrasse. Das Kochen in der gut ausgestatteten Küche hat Spaß gemacht.

Snelle toegang tot lokale attracties maakte het een soepele reis in totaal. Het was leuk om gebruik te maken van het gezellige barbecuegebied ook!

Das Zimmer war gemütlich und hatte eine schöne Aussicht. Die Ausstattung war funktional und bot alles Notwendige für meinen Aufenthalt.
