Located in a very pleasant residence, in a quiet wooded setting, Le Hola can accommodate up to 5 people. A private parking space and a large balcony complete this flat. Located on the 2nd floor (no lift), Le Halo comprises a pretty 40 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the lounge, two beautiful bedrooms, an office with a comfortable sofa bed, a bathroom (with shower and bath) and you can enjoy a beautiful garden around the residence as well as a tennis court. Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up for you on arrival. The accommodation comprises - A 40 m² living room with TV, a comfortable sofa and a convivial dining table. - A fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the living room, including an electric kettle, oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - Two large, light and quiet bedrooms with queen-size beds (160×200) - A study with a comfortable sofa bed for one person - A bathroom with a bathtub - A separate WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron. Outside: - A 10 m² balcony/terrace, equipped with a table for your meals and two deckchairs to enjoy the fine weather. - A tennis court is available (reservation required). The flat is located 10 minutes from Bordeaux city centre, ideal for spending time with friends or family, in a very pleasant wooded setting.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. Le Hola is located in a very pleasant and quiet residence.
