Two balconies with sea view towards the Côte d'Azur.
You will also find fresh fruit, vegetables and a large fish market at the Ventimiglia market every day.
There is no charge for using the beach and showers are available.
Balconies 2017/2018 were newly made! The flat is also used by the owner from time to time.
You also have the opportunity to explore the beautiful neighbouring towns, e.g.
