The Cocoonr agency offers this charming 38 m² apartment for rent in the town of Perpignan, which can accommodate up to 4 guests.
Located on the 1st floor (with lift), it comprises a 12 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom with bath.

The accommodation comprises - 12 m² living room with TV, dining area and double sofa bed (140x190) - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, etc. - One bedroom with queen-size bed (160×200) - Bathroom with bath and WC For even greater comfort, the owners provide a washing machine, fan, ironing board and iron.
Outside: - A 5 m² balcony with table and chairs to enjoy the fine weather.
The flat is located close to Perpignan city centre, just a few minutes from the Palais des Congrès.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Activities : - Visit the city's many monuments - Grand Large beach 15 minutes away by car - Visa pour l'image Festival - Every year at the end of August Public transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park close to the flat (pay parking - free during the weekends).
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you: - Perpignan train station is the closest to the flat, about 15-20 minutes' walk from the flat.
Perpignan - Rivesaltes airport is a 10-minute drive from the flat - Public transport is available close to the building (Palmarole line 4) To ensure that your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership by the Cocoonr teams (ad management and reservations service) and a local concierge partner.
