Cocoonr offers you this charming 70 m² air-conditioned flat in La Turballe, on the Guérande peninsula in southern Brittany - white gold country.
It offers a beautiful view of the sea and the marina and can accommodate up to 4 people.
Located on the 3rd floor (with lift), it comprises an attractive 27 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two bedrooms and a shower room.
Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you! The accommodation comprises - A 27 m² living room with TV, sofas and dining area - A fully-equipped kitchen facing the sea, including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - Bedroom 1: with a double bed (140x190) - Bedroom 2: with two single beds - Shower room with Italian shower - Separate WC For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, iron and ironing board.
Outside: - A 6 m² south-west-facing balcony facing the Bretons beach, with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
The flat is ideally located in La Turballe, in a very pleasant environment.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, the market...
Activities : - Beach & water sports, sailing school, kids club (in the immediate vicinity) - Boats to Belle-Île-en-Mer, Houat and Hoëdic - Walking/cycling - Pointe de Pen Bron (2 km) - Salt marshes & Terre de Sel (4 km) - Fishing trips "Au gré des Vents" (opposite) - Port, Viséol wind farm (300 m) - Kerbroué mill & Trescalan bell tower (3 km) - L'Atlantic cinema (3km) Transportation: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's protected private car park (one vehicle).
