The building at 25 Hawelańska Street in Poznań is located close to many of the city's attractions. It is less than a 15-minute drive from the Old Market Square, which has many places worth visiting, most notably the symbol of the city: the iconic Poznań Goats – moving figures that clash horns at specific times every day. There are also museums here, including the Archaeological Museum and the Poznań Croissant Museum. Not far from the Apartment, less than 2 km away, is the Żurawiniec Nature Reserve – a popular place for walks. The central fort in the former structure of the Poznań Fortress – Fort Winiary – is located 3.3 km from the Apartment. It is the largest and oldest of Poznań's forts, and today it is home to Cytadela Park – the largest park in Poznań and a historical monument.
