Cocoonr agency offers this 30 m² house in Saint-Nic, 5 minutes' walk from Pentrez beach, with swimming pool, which can accommodate up to 4 people.
It comprises a 15 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom (with bath).
Sheets and towels included.
We're waiting for you! This cottage is composed as follows: Ground floor - 15 m² living room with TV, pull-out sofa bed (sleeps two) and dining area - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - Separate WC First floor: - One bedroom with queen-size bed (160×200) - A bathroom with bath Outside: - A 90 m² shared, heated and covered swimming pool is available from the Easter holidays to the All Saints' Day holidays. - A private, open-plan 15 m² west-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
The maisonnette is ideally located in Saint-Nic, in a very pleasant environment.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Activities : - Swimming pool, beach, hiking (GR34), sand yachting, kitesurfing - Tennis court opposite the residence - Douarnenez, Locronan and Crozon 15 minutes away by car - Menez Hom 10 minutes away by car Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the maisonette's private car park (one vehicle).
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you: - Nearest train station: Châteaulin, 18 km away - Nearest airport: Quimper, 34 km away To ensure your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership by the Cocoonr teams (ad management and reservations service) and a local concierge.
Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels included - Pets accepted free of charge.
One pet only (cat or dog).

Rules of the residence to be respected, in particular the compulsory wearing of a lead in the residence grounds. - A parent is responsible for all children swimming.
Opening dates are non-contractual and subject to favourable weather conditions. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.
Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use. - All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception.
