The accommodation is located in the southern area of the main avenue of the seaside area in Pesaro, 50 meters from the sea, along the cycle path that runs along the beach and connects the city.
The area has the main services and is a 20-minute walk from the centre.
The solution consists of a living room, kitchen, two bedrooms, bathroom and three balconies.

The Doge's Palace and the central Piazza del Popolo are also very close.
