Cocoonr agency offers this charming 28 m² air-conditioned flat with sea view, 300 metres from the beach, with swimming pool, in Roquebrune-sur-Argens, which can accommodate up to 4 people.
Located on the 1st floor (no lift), it comprises a lovely 15 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two bedrooms and a shower room.
Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you! The accommodation comprises - A 15 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed and flexible furniture to create a dining area. - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190) and wardrobe - Bedroom 2: two bunk beds (90x190) - Shower room with shower and washing machine. - Separate WC.
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, plancha, fan and iron.
The air-conditioning system is installed in the living room and has the capacity to air-condition the whole flat.
Outside: - Two shared swimming pools (heated), including a children's pool, open from May to September. - A paddling pool for children - Three tennis courts and three petanque courts - A 6m² balcony, facing south-east, with furniture to make the most of the fine weather and a superb view of the sea.
The flat is ideally located in Roquebrune-sur-Argens, in a very pleasant and peaceful setting.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Activities : - Port of San Peïre 7km away (numerous shops and restaurants) - Saint-Aygulf town centre 2.5km away - Numerous beaches and coves with snorkelling spots - El Moritto water sports centre 550m away (5-minute walk): La Gaillarde beach, pedalo, kayak, paddle, etc. - Numerous walks and hikes - Fréjus town centre 9.5km away (historical and cultural sites) - Luna Park amusement park 7km away (10 minutes by car) - Fréjus Zoo 15.5km away (25 minutes by car) - Saint-Tropez 26.5km away (50 minutes by car) - Massif de l'Esterel 27km away (40 minutes by car) - Sainte-Maxime Gulf & Casino Transportation : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's numbered private parking space (all types of vehicle except camping cars and large 4x4s).
