We live only two miles away in case there is anything you need.
Located in an extremely friendly neighborhood right on the Delaware river.
Wonderful for sunset walks and just a short (10 min) drive, or reasonable bike ride, from Lambertville / New Hope.
Events are not allowed at this location. • For 1st and 2nd car: The house has two spots to use that our part of the property: the driveway for the house and directly across the street is another driveway (river side). • If you need to park a 3rd or 4th vehicle please: park in front of the house (2x cars fit there, one will block the house driveway). • DO NOT PARK: In front of 52 River Dr (the blue house) as they really like the view of the river not to be interrupted.

This is a very peaceful and quite neighborhood, with a combination of young families and retired folks. Pls keep in mind that we do have neighbors, so this house will be ideal for a quite and peaceful getaway. No loud gatherings allowed. Thank you.
