Villetta Le Mar is a vacation home with a large garden, for vacation rental just a few steps from the beach of San Pietro in Bevagna, a seaside destination on the coast of Manduria, along the Ionic Salento arch. The cottage is complete with accessories such as air conditioning, wi-fi internet, washing machine, mosquito nets, electric shutters, electric oven, coffee maker, hair dryer, iron and ironing board. In the garden, in addition to the barbecue, there is also parking space. Villetta Le Mar offers up to 8 beds.
The beach, both free and equipped, is just 180 meters away. Villetta Le Mar, vacation cottage within walking distance of the beach in San Pietro in Bevagna.
Villetta Le Mar is a detached, convenient and comfortable vacation home where you can enjoy the clear sea and the beach, just a few minutes walk away. The cottage is suitable for both families with children and groups of friends. The garden allows you to park your car inside the property. The shady veranda furnished with a table, chairs and sofas is perfect for relaxing in the cool, outdoor dining. The exteriors are enriched with a bathroom, shower heater and barbecue, everything you need for an outdoor vacation. The entrance to the cottage is into a living room furnished with table and chairs, open kitchenette and TV.
Air conditioning is present here. The sleeping area consists of 3 bedrooms: 2 triple rooms with double bed + single bed, and 1 double room equipped with air conditioning. From the living room there is also access to the shower room and the back veranda. The exterior of the vacation home is cozy and well-kept, the local stone cladding typical of the area gives warm hues, from ivory white to straw yellow.
The interiors offer bright and practical rooms. The surroundings of Villetta Le Mar, just a few meters from the sea.
Villetta Le Mar is located in San Pietro in Bevagna, in the quiet area of Lido Rio de Mar. The beach only 180 meters away allows you to reach the sea whenever you want, and enjoy fantastic sunsets . San Pietro in Bevagna is one of Manduria`s marinas, particularly lively in summer, offering stores, markets, bars and all the main services. Manduria, a splendid Messapian town and renowned land of Primitivo wine is just 12 km away. The strategic location makes it easy to reach other famous beaches in the area and the authentic places that characterize the beautiful region of Puglia. - After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 7.30 am to 10am).
An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am). - Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language. - The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations. - Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week. - It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste.
If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg. - It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning).
If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro. - Air conditioning not in each bedrooms.
