Situated on the ground floor, it comprises a pretty 21 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, three good bedrooms, two shower rooms (with shower) and a 40 m² garden.

The accommodation comprises - A 21 m² living room with TV, sofa and armchairs - A fully-equipped kitchen and dining area, including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - Bedroom 1 (accessible from bedroom 3): queen-size bed (160x200) - Bedroom 2: king-size bed (180x200) with en-suite shower room (walk-in shower and WC) and desk area - Bedroom 3: double bed (140x190) - A shower room (shower and WC) For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, plancha, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.
Outside: - A private terrace of 12m², facing west, with furniture and plancha. - An unenclosed, private, west-facing garden of 40m², where you can enjoy the sunny days.
The flat is ideally located in Moëlan-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant and peaceful setting.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Activities : - Numerous signposted hiking trails (GR34) nearby - Kerfany beach 2.2 km away (about 31 minutes on foot) by footpath or by road (about 4 minutes by car - free parking) - Trenez beach 3km away (approx. 6 minutes by car) - Port du Bélon 1.5km away (about 21 minutes on foot) - Lorient Interceltic Festival in summer - Éric Tabarly Museum in Lorient - Paul Gauguin Museum in Le Pouldu - Painters' gallery in Pont Aven Transportation: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the two numbered parking spaces in the private car park outside the flat.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you: - Free car park approximately 600m away - Blorimond bus stop 50m away (line to Quimperlé) - Nearest train station: Quimperlé station, about 17 minutes by car - Nearest airport: Brest Bretagne airport, about 1h20 by car To ensure that your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership by the Cocoonr teams (ad management and reservations service) and the local concierge.
