This spacious, design-led property blends modern interiors with homely comfort, making it ideal for families, contractors, business travellers, or groups visiting the city.
Set across two floors, the home offers generous living areas, stylish furnishings, and everything you need for a relaxing stay.
Ground Floor: Living Room A bright and contemporary space featuring: • Comfortable sofa seating • Wall-mounted Smart TV • High-speed WiFi • Bay window bringing in natural light Perfect for unwinding after a day exploring Cardiff.
Hallway Welcoming entrance space with room for coats, shoes, and luggage.
Dining Room A modern dining area with seating for six — ideal for group meals, entertaining, or remote working.
Kitchen Fully equipped and finished to a high standard, including: • Oven & hob • Microwave • Washing machine • Fridge/freezer • Toaster & kettle • Cookware, crockery & utensils Everything you need for short or extended stays.
Bathroom Contemporary tiled bathroom with: • Full-size bath • Shower over bath • WC & basin • Fresh towels provided ⸻ First Floor – Sleeping Arrangements The property comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests across three stylish bedrooms: Bedroom 1 – Master • King-size bed • Spacious layout • Hotel-quality linen & towels Bedroom 2 • Double bed • Bright, calming décor Bedroom 3 • Two single beds • Ideal for children, friends, or colleagues All bedrooms are thoughtfully styled with storage space and fresh linens for a comfortable night’s sleep.
Guests will have full exclusive use of the property.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog).
Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card.
During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided.
If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
