Cocoonr agency offers this charming 150 m² house in Trélévern, about one kilometre from the beach, which can accommodate up to 8 people.
It comprises a lovely 25 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a garden of around 2,500 m².
Wifi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you! The accommodation comprises Ground floor: - A 25 m² living room with a dining area, sofa, TV and access to the veranda with furniture. - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, filter coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160x200) - Shower room - Separate WC First floor: - Bedroom 2: two single beds forming a queen-size bed (160x200) - Bedroom 3: two single beds forming a queen-size bed (160x200) - Bedroom 4: two single beds (90x200) - Bathroom with bath - Separate WC For added comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot.
Outside: - A beautiful 2,500 m² unfenced garden and a 15 m² south-facing terrace to enjoy the fine weather.
The house is ideally located in Trélévern, in very quiet and pleasant surroundings.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
What's on: - Porz-Garo beach, about 2 km away - Keriadec beach, approx. 2 km away - Pointe de Port l'Epine - Water sports: kayaking, paddle, surfing at Trestel - Nearby excursions to Perros-Guirec and the pink granite coast - Walks along the customs path (GR34) - Fest-Noz in summer Transport : A car is essential for getting around.
You can park directly in the garage (1 space) and in the courtyard of the house (4 spaces).
