The fully air-conditioned villa opens onto an elegant living room with TV and an adjoining kitchen, forming a friendly and harmonious living space.
The kitchen is fully equipped, it has in particular a Krups brand coffee machine, a microwave, a dishwasher, a kettle, a slicer
The living room gives access to a furnished rear terrace, equipped with a plancha and an outdoor dining area, ideal for enjoying lunches in the shade during the hot summer days.
On the ground floor, you will also find an independent shower room as well as separate toilets.
Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with bathtub and toilet

3 chambres dans 64m2, c’est de l’optimisé !
A noter, pas de table pour les repas à l’intérieur, escaliers raides et portes de 60cm de large, un peu serré pour des grandes valises mais aucun problème pour la vie quotidienne.
4 magnifiques terrasses, 3 avec vues mer à chaque étage et 1 à l’ombre.
Propre et bien équipé, joliment décoré.
