Situated on the ground floor of a house, this air-conditioned flat comprises a lovely 35 m² living area with a fitted kitchen, a beautiful bedroom, two shower rooms, and a garden of around 100 m² for you to enjoy.
Wi-Fi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels included – we’re just waiting for you! The accommodation is laid out as follows: - A 35 m² living area with a TV, double sofa bed and dining area - An open-plan, fully fitted kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, dishwasher, hob… - A bedroom with a king-size bed (180×200) - Two bathrooms with shower and toilet - A sauna is available in one of the bathrooms. For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: barbecue, washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron. Outdoors: - A 25 m² south-east-facing terrace - A private, fully enclosed 100 m² garden with garden furniture to enjoy the sunny days The flat is ideally located in La Turbie, in a very pleasant environment.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. Activities : - Cycling - Hiking - Several beaches nearby - Sightseeing: Monaco, Villefranche, Nice, Tourrettes-sur-Loup and the hinterland ...
