Located on the ground floor of a house, this air-conditioned flat comprises a pretty 35 m² living room with fitted kitchen, a good-sized bedroom, two shower rooms and a garden of around 100 m².

The accommodation comprises - A 35 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed and dining area - An open-plan kitchen, equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave, dishwasher, hob, etc. - One bedroom with king-size bed (180×200) - Two bathrooms with shower and WC - A sauna is available in one of the shower rooms.
For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: barbecue, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.
Outside: - A 25 m² terrace facing south-east - A private, fully enclosed 100 m² garden with furniture to enjoy the fine weather The flat is ideally located in La Turbie, in a very pleasant environment.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Activities : - Cycling - Hiking - Several beaches nearby - Sightseeing: Monaco, Villefranche, Nice, Tourrettes-sur-Loup and the hinterland ...
