It sleeps up to 12 people.
This air-conditioned house comprises a bright 50 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, four bedrooms, three shower rooms (with shower), two separate WCs and a garden of around 1,000 m².
Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you! The accommodation comprises Ground floor: - A 50 m² living room with TV, sofa and dining area. - Open-plan kitchen with appliances including electric kettle, oven, microwave, large fridge, toaster, dishwasher, hob, extractor fan, etc. - A large master bedroom with double bed (140x190) and TV - A shower room with shower and WC - Separate WC First floor: - Two bedrooms, each with a double bed (140×190) and TV - One bedroom with 2 bunk beds (sleeps 4) and two single beds (90x200), TV - A shower room with shower and WC - Separate WC For even greater comfort, the owners have provided the following facilities: barbecue, washing machine, cot, plancha, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.
Outside: - A private 8 x 12 m swimming pool (open all year round, heated on request and secured by an alarm). - Swimming pool room with WC - A lovely 1,000 m² garden including a south-facing terrace with barbecue, table tennis, table football, basketball hoop and furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
The house is ideally located in Villeneuve-lès-Béziers, in very pleasant surroundings, less than 15 minutes from the beach and the centre of Béziers.
All the essential shops (such as a supermarket and bakery) are close by, as are boutiques, restaurants, bars, etc.
Activities : - Discover the Canal du Midi - Visit Béziers (city centre 8 km from accommodation) - Take part in the Béziers Feria in August - Activities and festivities at Valras-Plage in summer.
Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park, which can accommodate up to 3 vehicles.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you: - SNCF station: Béziers 10 minutes away by car (7 km) - Airports: Béziers 10 minutes (8 km) or Montpellier Méditerranée less than 1 hour (73 km) away. - Bus: Stop 400 m away.
Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels included - Free WiFi available (fibre optic) - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.
Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use. - A parent is responsible for all children swimming.
