It's well-served and easily accessible, with shops and a bus stop within walking distance.
The accommodation consists of a living room with kitchenette, a sleeping area, and a bathroom.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: Unlimited WiFi, air conditioning (split in the living room), independent heating, iron and ironing board, clothesline, and hairdryer.
Seven days before your arrival, you will receive instructions for registering your documents via our Guest Portal and to pay the Tourist Tax. This procedure allows us to verify your data and documents and send the information to the "Alloggiati Web" police service, the Italian procedure for hosting guests in Italy.

Turning heating on and off is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree 16/04/2013 no. 74, Ministerial Decree 383 of 6/10/2022). Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.
Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The heating period and daily duration depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.
Como Climate Zone E: 14 hours per day from October 15th to April 15th. N.B. Completing registration is MANDATORY to receive instructions and access the apartment.

Bellagio is one of Lake Como's most famous towns, nicknamed "the pearl of the Lario" for its panoramic location at the tip of the promontory dividing the two arms of the lake.

If you're traveling by car, the property does not have a reserved parking space for guests; parking is available in Piazzale della Chiesa, a few dozen meters away.
