Designed for stays with family or friends, the villa sleeps 6 guests (up to 8 max) and offers:

1 bedroom with 1 single bed + 1 extra mattress
1 bedroom with 1 single bed + 1 extra mattress
6 permanent beds (the 2 extra mattresses are ideal for children)

For stays of less than 6 nights, linen is available as an optional extra upon request (additional charge). A security deposit (credit card pre-authorization) may be required depending on the booking platform. A payment link for the tourist tax may be requested depending on the booking platform. 💼 Service To make your arrival easier, check-in is completed online via a link we will send once the booking is confirmed. You will then have access to a digital welcome guide throughout your stay, with all useful information: arrival procedure, how the home works, and more.

La maison est idéalement située pour rayonner sur toute la Côte d’Azur (Nice, Cannes, Monaco accessibles très rapidement via l'autoroute toute proche). Malgré cette proximité, le calme est absolu car la résidence est nichée dans un bois sécurisé avec un stationnement juste devant la porte est un vrai luxe.
Très fonctionnel et propre.
Je recommande sans hésiter.

"Franchement, rien à redire, c'était top ! La maison est super bien pensée et hyper fonctionnelle. On a adoré le côté 'bulle de verdure' dans le bois alors qu'on est à deux pas de l'autoroute pour bouger à Antibes ou Monaco. Le gros bonus . Le calme plat et la vue de dingue dès le réveil. 🌊

Quelle surprise ! 😍 Nous avons passé une nuit incroyable dans cette maison. La vue est tout simplement à couper le souffle, on ne s'en lasse pas... C'est un véritable havre de paix, au calme total, tout en étant dans une résidence sécurisée. Le jardin est très agréable notamment avec des enfants.🌿
