Want to meet again? to rest, to have a good time with friends, with 1 or 2 families? Come and stay at "Ti Laouenn", a character house completely renovated in 2021, a family project that Virginie and Frédéric will share with you.The house is located just 2km from the town center of Paimpol where you will find shops, restaurants and entertainment; and 3km from Ledano beach or 3.5 from La Tossen.
It consists on the ground floor of a large entrance which serves a living room with lounge and dining area on the left and a fitted kitchen on the right (with oven, microwave, combined-freezer, coffee maker, toaster, appliances. ..).
On the ground floor you will also have an independent bathroom with large walk-in shower and a separate toilet; as well as a laundry room with private washing machine in the back house.
On the 1st floor are 2 larges independents bedrooms each with a 160 bed; as well as a bathroom with shower, cabinet and WC.
Finally on the 2nd floor under the roof you will find a large bedroom / dormitory in a cocoon atmosphere with four single beds.
Wifi available from September 3, 2021!
Outside, several spaces are arranged on an enclosed ground, for moments to share, or alone to "laze in the sun": in front of the house a small alley leads to a terrace area; and behind the house a large wooden terrace with garden.
Small practical information in addition: possibility of parking in a street a few meters from the house, possibility of having baby equipment (high chair and cot).
