Bright room ideal for two, featuring a private bathroom and located in a villa in Borgo Lucia, a complex with a large shared garden.
Surrounded by greenery, the accommodation is located in Selva di Fasano, a quiet hillside hamlet in the municipality of the same name, 4 km from the center and a 5-minute drive from the Zoosafari.
The sea is less than a 20-minute drive away The 22sqm room is located on the upper floor of a villa without a lift: please note that there are two flights of stairs to access the villa + internal stairs to access the room.
It features a double bed, an open-plan wardrobe, and an en-suite bathroom with a toilet, bidet, and shower.
The accommodation is equipped with all the amenities you need for your stay: UNLIMITED WIFI, a mini-fridge, a coffee maker, a hairdryer, and split-unit air conditioning and heating.
An uncovered parking space inside the garden is included.
Towels and bed linen are included (with optional changes for a fee).
Shared with other guests, the following are available: - Large living room on the lower level of the villa, furnished with armchairs, split-unit air conditioning, and a smart TV - Terrace with two loungers (6 steps to access) - Garden with a solarium, loungers, and a relaxation area with tables and chairs.
OTHER THINGS TO KNOW: - The fireplace in the living room is NOT available for use. - The garden is under video surveillance for security reasons; therefore, please note that cameras are installed in the common outdoor areas. - Upon arrival, a €50 cash deposit will be required for the keycard and towels. - Towels and bath towels may not be used outside the property. - The property is not suitable for children under 15.
To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Fasano.
